What about COVID?
A fully trained therapist is the person showing up at your door and we take all the appropriate precautions to protect both you and the therapist. That means the therapist is masked, equipment is sanitized, linens are washed and the massage therapist will wash their hands before and after the treatment.
Who is coming into my home?
The only person that is entering your home is the Registered Massage Therapist who is registered with the College of Massage Therapists. We are committed to the highest level of professionalism possible and pride ourselves as a company that is uncompromising in our dedication to our clients.
What do I need to do before my visit?
The only thing that you need to do before hand is fill out your intake form that includes a health history, and COVID form so that the therapist showing up is fully versed in the particulars of your needs.
What will happen during my visit?
After a conversation with your therapist about your needs, we’ll create a plan together. If any change of dress is required, the therapist will leave the room until you are fully ready and you invite them back in. After the treatment is complete, the therapist will step out of the room until you are ready so can discuss any homecare with you.
How do I pay for my appointment?
We can direct bill to many insurance companies and the balance can be paid by credit card, debit, cash or e-transfer.
